Luffy beats up Buggy for wrecking Shank’s hat, and for talking as if he’s on the same level as Shanks. Meanswhile, in the camp of the townspeople, the townspeople begin to get worried since the mayor hasn’t returned yet, and decide to go into town themselves to fight.
